Sprinter Vans
Passenger Sprinter Vans are still in short supply. There are, however, some manufacturers with availablility. The Sprinter chassis, which is known for durability and economy, are more expensive than GM or Ford chassis. They come with the Mercedes 2.7 L 5 cylinder diesel and are produced in 9 - 14 passenger configurations.

Do the seats come out of Sprinter vans just like they do in conversion vans?

All the Mercedes based Sprinter chassis are very good and have an excellant track record. The new chassis are V-6 now.
